Do you want a billiards table?
No, then this skinny one bed house could be the place for you, all you need is £450,000 lying around.
This 99-inch-wide property was built on a plot formerly used a small side garden to the adjoining property.
The terraced house is situated in the up and coming area of Denmark Hill in South East London near King’s Hospital.
According to Foxtons estate agents, one bedroom flats in this area go for in the region of £400,000.
However, the agency have explained that as this property has a 75ft garden and is a freehold, £450,000 is a reasonable price.
Warren McCann from Foxtons refuted claims that it was too small saying: ‘space is there, it is just not a traditional layout.’
This is not the skinniest building in the county, that honour goes to a property known as ‘The Wedge’ on the Isle of Ayrshire just off the Scottish coast.
‘The Wedge’ has a 37-inch facade but does spread to 22ft wide at the back.
