An incident of road rage on the streets of east London got severely out of hand recently when a motorist allegedly attempted to ram a man he was arguing with.
The shirtless man who emerges from his black BMW appears to try and punch the driver of the white vehicle.
While bystanders try to intervene the 25-year-old driver of the white vehicle then accelerates into the shirtless man before smashing into another car.
The shirtless man, who was believed to be temporarily pinned between the two vehicles, can then be seen limping away.
The police arrive shortly afterwards as the ever-growing crowd looks on at the mass of damage caused.
A spokesman for Scotland Yard said police were called to the fight in Shoreditch on April 9.
They added: ‘At some point during the altercation, it is believed that one of the men left the scene in his car and in doing so collided with two pedestrians and two other vehicles.
‘The pedestrians struck by the vehicle were not seriously injured.
‘The driver of the vehicle, a 25-year-old man from Camden was taken to an east London hospital as a precaution. He was not seriously injured.
‘He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm and was taken to a north London police station. He was later released on police bail to return on a date late in April.’
