ICI Announces Nominees for Independent Vision Curatorial Award

Independent Curators International has shared its nominees for the Independent Vision Curatorial Award, which is presented every two years to emerging curators and includes a $3,000 stipend for a new project. Past winners have included Jay Sanders and Nav Haq. The winner will be chosen by Nancy Spector, chief curator and deputy director of New York’s Guggenheim Museum. Nominees are below.

– Bao Dong: Independent curator and art critic
– Anne Dressen: Curator, Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris
– Inti Guerrero: Associate Artistic Director-Curator, TEOR/eTica
– Agung Hujatnikajennong: Independent curator and lecturer
– Naima Keith: Assistant Curator, the Studio Museum in Harlem
– Thomas Lax: Associate Curator of Media and Performance Art, the Museum of Modern Art
– Tevž Logar: Independent Curator
– Diana Nawi: Associate Curator, Pérez Art Museum Miami
– Mary Pansanga: Independent Curator
– Marina Reyes Franco: Independent curator, Co-founder and Director, La Ene
