Microsoft’s week: Project Spartan on phones, Skype for Business, Patch Tuesday fixes

Another week, another slew of Microsoft announcements. This week, the firm released a preview of the Project Spartan browser for those testing the smartphone build of Windows 10, while Skype for Business was officially released and the firm pushed out critical fixes for IE, Windows and Office.
