Police Find Missing Boy After Public Appeal

Police have found a nine-year-old boy who had been reported missing in Leeds.

Simon Kubalik had gone missing after he was seen at around9pm on Friday nearHovingham Primary School, where he was attending a youth club.

Detective Inspector Mark Swift, of Leeds District CID, said police were “extremely concerned” as they made a public appeal for information on the boy’s whereabouts.

Within hours of the appeal being made, police reported the boy had been found safe and well and was back home.
