A surrogate mother so enjoys being pregnant she’s vowed to keep on lending out her womb – having already carried her own four children and three for other people.

Tara Sawyer feels ‘empty’ unless she is expecting a child – and refuses to claim her surrogacy expenses because she’s in it for the ‘thrill’.

‘I’m addicted to the buzz of pregnancy and so if I can help childless couples it would be insane not to,’ she said. ‘I won’t stop until my womb falls out.’

Mrs Sawyer, of Wimblington, Cambridgeshire, gave birth to her four-year-old twin sons Jack and Noah by caesarean section at just 29 weeks, after complications. The 37-year-old, who also has Rebecca, 14, and Harrison, 12, said she felt ‘deprived’ of the pregnancy afterwards.

Truck driver husband Matt, also 37, supported her decision to offer her surrogacy services via Facebook.

She had a child for two gay fathers before carrying twins for a couple who were unable to have children.
