If you’ve ever suffered a back injury, you’ll be only too aware that a single session with a physiotherapist can leave you facing a hefty bill, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll feel any better afterwards.
But the new owners of this adopted cat in America now have their own personal masseuse, after staff at an animal shelter discovered the animal’s unusual talent for limbering up muscles.
In the video, Banks the rescue cat can be seen rubbing his paws over a shelter worker’s back, as she describes his talent as ‘fantastic’.
‘Who doesn’t want an in-house masseuse that works for catnip?’ she quips.
Before being sent to his new, presumably massage loving owners, Banks was a resident at the Bonita Shelter, San Diego.
Just make sure he doesn’t dig those claws in too deep.
