Cycling highlight reel Danny MacAskill has just pulled off his latest eye-popping stunt.

The 28-year-old trial cyclist, from the Isle of Skye, Scotland, completed a 5m loop-the-loop which was floating on a barge in front of the London Eye.

At a certain angle, MacAskill appeared to be circling the Eye itself.

The stunt was to promote Microsoft’s mobile personal assistant software Cortana.

Speaking to The Scotsman, he said: ‘This is one of the biggest set-ups I have ever ridden and the location is amazing. To have a five-metre loop floating on a barge is something surreal.’

As impressive as the stunt was, some of his other videos suggest it was one of his more straightforward feats.
