V3 Technology Awards 2014: Two weeks left to submit your entries

V3 Technology Awards 2014

There are now just two weeks left to submit your entry to the V3 Technology Awards 2014.

The online entry process is open for technology companies, products and individuals representing the best in the industry, with a deadline of 22 August.

There’s no time to lose in preparing your entry in categories covering the entire business technology spectrum from enterprise mobility and cloud through to best customer project and tech hero.

So make sure you’re in with a chance of walking away with a coveted V3 trophy at the awards ceremony, taking place at the May Fair Hotel in late November. The full list of categories is available below, and you can enter via the online entry form.

Entry process
You can enter on behalf of your own company or a third party using the entry form. If you are a PR agency entering on behalf of a client, please ensure your client is aware of this before submitting the form.

We have changed the process this year, and entry will now require a written overview of the product, organisation, project or individual you are nominating, of between 100 to 400 words. This information will be used by a panel of V3 technology experts to form the shortlist. The shortlist will then be shared with our readers – your customers – to vote for their favourites.

Entrants have the option to submit supporting documents, but when deciding on the shortlist, we will be focused on the entry text, so just tell us what you think it is that makes your product, organisation, project, innovation or individual a worthy winner in the chosen category.

Entries should be for either products available in the UK, projects carried out with UK customers, or firms operating in the UK. The products or projects should have been launched from 1 September 2013 onwards.

As in previous years, the awards are free to enter and you can enter as many categories as you like – we want to encourage as many innovative and successful technology businesses, individuals and projects as possible to highlight their achievements.

However, those organisations that are selected for the shortlist are required to attend the awards and purchase a minimum of two tickets. All shortlisted organisations that commit to attending the awards will be given access to the V3 Technology Awards Shortlist logo, which includes permission to reproduce the logo in any marketing material.

The closing date for entries is Friday 22 August, and reader voting will take place during September. The winners will be unveiled at the V3 Technology Awards 2014 ceremony at The May Fair Hotel, London, on Friday 28 November.
