Verrückt Meg-a-Blaster: Schlitterbahn world’s tallest water slide POV is terrifying

Are you brave enough to take on the world’s tallest and most terrifying waterslide?

New POV footage takes you on a virtual ride down the Verrückt Meg-a-Blaster, set to open very soon at the Schlitterbahn water park in Kansas, US.

The record-breaking waterslide stands at a record-breaking 140ft tall and and takes its name from the German word for ‘insane’.

Teaser videos and images have been released ahead of the ride’s official opening date which has been hampered by a series of delays.

‘Our crews are working hard,’ Winter Prosapio, a director at Schlitterbahn, told ‘We’re going to try to stay away from a date at this point.’

It was originally scheduled to open on May 23.
