If you’re fed up of hunting for expensive properties in London, where you can £650 for a glorified box, then perhaps it’s worth relocating to Wales.

The reason? This six-bedroom house, which has gone on sale for a cut-price £75,000.

The spacious property, which is believed to be one of Britain’s cheapest homes, is located in Nantymoel, South Wales and boasts three reception rooms, an en-suite master bedroom, two studies and a family bathroom, complete with a luxurious Jacuzzi bath.

Oh, and you’ll also get stunning views of the Welsh valleys when you look out the back window.

A spokesman for property firm Morgan Beddoe, who are selling the house, said: ‘It needs some modernising but has everything needed to make a perfect family home.

‘It’s not often a six-bedroom house is available for that sort of price’.

In comparison, here’s what £75,000 would get you in London.
